Relational, embodied and reflective

CLINICAL SUPERVISION

Supervision that genuinely supports you, your practice, and the clients you hold.

WHO IT’S FOR

Supervision that grows your practice

Supervision doesn't have to be a box you tick to meet your hours. This is a space for therapists, counsellors and other helping professionals who want to genuinely develop, in a way that's relational, embodied and caring. Whether you're newly qualified or well established, you're welcome here.

A caring, reflective space

AN APPROACH THAT HONOURS YOUR WHOLE SELF

More than case discussion

My supervision holds the whole picture: your relationship with yourself, with your clients, and with the wider world you both move through.

Relational

We attend to the relationships that shape your work: with yourself, with your clients, and with the wider society we’re all part of.

Seasonal

Drawing on the rhythms of nature, we honour that you and your practice move through seasons, with room for rest as well as growth.

Embodied

We bring in the body as a source of insight and self-care, building a steadier, more sustainable way of working.

Reflective

We step back to reflect on the work itself, deepening self-awareness and resilience, and caring for your wellbeing as much as your professional growth.

TWO WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

One-to-one or in a group

ONE-TO-ONE

A focused space for you

A regular, reflective space for you and your practice, online via Google Meet (in person on request). Held monthly or fortnightly to suit you.

GROUP

Held alongside others

An experiential group weaving clinical reflection with self-care, embodied practice and the seasons of nature. Other practitioners help hold your client work, offering fresh perspectives and a real sense of being held. Up to six people, 2.5 hours, once a month, in seasonal blocks.

£60 / session

"Suad beautifully holds and facilitates the space in a way that allows natural, supportive conversations to flow. It feels like a genuinely safe harbor where we can collectively share the weight of our practice without judgment."

MEET SUAD

I work with a whole person approach

I'm a clinical supervisor and practising psychotherapist based in London, with a PGDip in Relational Psychotherapeutic Supervision and accredited membership of the BACP. I supervise the way I work: relationally, in the body, and with care for you as a whole person, not just your caseload. Years across the NHS and frontline services also mean I understand the realities many of my supervisees are holding.

Suad Ahmed, psychotherapist, in profile among green leaves in Greenwich Park, London, wearing a pink hijab and green dress.

"I often arrive carrying the weight of the work, but leave feeling understood and lighter. Suad's provides an attuned and sensitive space, which creates a vital space to reflect not only on my clinical practice but also on my own personal process, helping me gain the awareness to recognize my growth edges. And she gently reminds me of the progress I've made when I tend to forget it myself."
